WHY CHOOSE THIS MASTER

These days, for the achievement of results, it is increasingly necessary to develop competencies and boost managerial behaviours through Coaching. IdeaManagement’s Skill Coaching method enables positive changes to take effect in a brief timescale, thanks to the focused and pragmatic approach. It begins with the assessment of organisational behaviours and uses powerful dedicated tools to support the Coach throughout the journey with the coachee.
